When this plane was built, it was immediately exported to Colombia. From the records, it seems that it somehow ended up seized in Jamaica, and and was flown for some years with the Jamaican police. Then, it was imported to USA in 2006; the plane was sanitized by the American government and handed over to a liquidator for sale.

In 2012, the plane was purchased through a bankrupt property liquidator and brought to Colombia where it is flying under a temporary import permit.

The documents are in order, the previous owner of the plane was the American government, they auctioned it through a liquidation agent or bankruptcy; the plane was bought by a Colombian company, the aircraft flies in Colombia with American registration under temporary import permit

Excellent records since 2006, the records before 2006 are incomplete but that does not represent any problem to operate worldwide
